Tracking Instructions

1. Copy the tracking number provided

2. Open the tracking page (provided in shipping confirmation email)

3. Paste the tracking number into the designated field

4. Press "track" to view order status

Processing Timeline:

Orders typically require 2-3 business days for processing. Processing times may vary during holiday periods or limited edition launches. Customer patience is appreciated during these periods.

Shipping Options and Costs

Shipping options, delivery times, and costs vary by brand. Customers should review the specific shipping details available on the brand platform through which the purchase is made.

In general, most shipping options require 7–10 working days for delivery after dispatch.

Temporary stock shortages or backorders may occur. Shipping delays will be communicated to affected customers.

Post-Shipment Process

Following shipment, customers receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking number(s). Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours. Tracking numbers enable shipment progress monitoring on carrier websites.

Address Correction:

If incorrect shipping addresses are entered, immediate contact with the brand is required. Address updates will be attempted, though changes may not be possible after dispatch.
