For brands owned and operated in the network, orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours of confirmation. Once shipped, customers receive an email containing a tracking number, which activates within 24 hours.

If a product purchased from one of our brands is not delivered within the stated timeframe, customers can contact that brand's support team for immediate resolution.

All owned and operated ecommerce brands in the network follow a unified 30-day return policy. Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, provided that:
The item is unused and in original condition
Packaging and tags remain intact
Proof of purchase is provided
Once a return is received and inspected by the fulfillment center, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.
Certain categories such as personalized items, hygiene products, perishable goods, and clearance items are non-returnable.
For client brands supported by the agency, their individual return policies will be listed on their respective brand websites, in compliance with our onboarding standards.

For exchanges, we recommend completing the return first and then placing a new order to ensure faster fulfillment.

Once we establish alignment, the onboarding process includes:

Agreement to adopt our Universal Brand Policies, including Delivery, Returns, and Privacy standards
